I would advise against going to this resort. The access to restaurants, beaches, and pools were very limited based upon the color of your wrist-band. The resort is falsely advertised. It was a complete disappointment.
If you want the best treatment regardless of how much money you spent to go to this resort. You will have to spend hundreds of thousands. If not, you will be treated like a second class citizen.
We had outdated amenities, paid $3.00 a day to use the safe, room was dirty and smelled moldy, we had to pay for a $60.00 WiFi box at an all-inclusive resort.
The staff was unaware of the facilities we were allowed to utilize at this all-inclusive resort. The second day there we were basically forced on a 3hr tour of the resort. We were hassled to purchase a membership that cost the amount of a small home.
I almost forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived on the resort we were hassled about purchasing souvenirs or excursions.
If you do not make reservations for a restaurant early in the morning then you’ll be forced to eat at the subpar buffet. If you do book at a restaurant the service and food is far from a great or even decent experience.
I could go on forever about this so-called all-inclusive resort.
If you are planning on booking here DO NOT. I would advise you to save your money and your time.

"WE WENT TO CELEBRETE MY WIFE`S BIRTHDAY, AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HOTEL. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED OUR BUNGALOW, WICH WAS BEAUTIFULL AND VERY COMFORTABLE .
