Very well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge. The play room was very popular with the children. Lots of outdoor seating and a barbecue. The beds were not very comfortable and the WiFi did not work. We had a problem with the electrics and also the hot water but the host was quick to respond and get them sorted. Sainte Marine is a delightful village with a charming harbour and lovely beach just ten minutes away by foot. Would we stay there again? Certainly! ##### John B. Deux lits doubles sur trois inconfortables. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants (pas de théière, pas de carafe, seulement 5 verres à pied tous dissemblables...). Carreaux de la table de cuisine cassés et table de jardin pleine de tâches de graisse). Mais c'est surtout la procédure d'état des lieux de sortie imposée par le propriétaire (qui ne nous l'avait pas annoncée préalablement et contraire au contrat de location) qui nous a fortement contrariés. En effet, notre chèque ne nous a pas été rendu à l'issue d'un état des lieux qui ne s'est pas déroulé en notre présence comme cela s'effectue normalement (refus de la prestataire invoquant une règle imposée par le propriétaire) mais en fin de soirée (22:20) par le biais de la photo du chèque de caution déchiré. ##### JACQUES L. Wir haben mit 7 Personen 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus von Alexandre verbracht!!! Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz (auch für deutlich mehr Personen, aber bei uns wurden diverse Einzelzimmer benötigt). Es ist absolut ALLES vorhanden!!! Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage hervorragend - man ist nach wenigen Metern am Hafen von St. Marine, hier hat man die Auswahl zwischen mehreren Resaturants und kann mit einem Boot nach Benodet übersetzen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe und diverse große Einkaufsmärkte sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht! Auch der sehr schöne Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 10 Min.) und für Abendspaziergänge gibt es einen wunscherschönen Rundweg am Meer entlang! Das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes war anfangs nicht so toll, aber damit muss man in der Bretagne ja immer rechnen - hierfür ist das Nebengebäude mit Tischtennisplatte aber geradezu ideal. Außerdem ist St. Marine ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung! Also: lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Ein tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage, perfekt für viele Leute geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter Alexandre ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!! We had 2 wonderfull weeks in Alexandre´s house in St. Marine! We were 7 people (there could have stayed more people, but we needed some single rooms...) NOTHING is missing in this house!!! The house is very beautifull and it is very well located! If you leave the house, you are at St. Marine´s harbour with restaurants and cafes in a short walk - you can also take a boat to Benodet from there. A small supermarket is directly in St. Marine and there are big Hypermarkets which you can reach within minutes by car. The way to the phantastic beach takes you only about 10 Minutes by foot - you can also have a phantastic ocean side walk - we did that every evening!!! The weather was not that good at the beginning of our trip, but the big adjoining buliding with the table tennis was perfect for the rainy days! You can also perfectly make trips from St. Marine! La décoration pourrait être améliorée, mais le gite est tout confort et surtout très spacieux pour 12 personnes! Le port et la plge à pied, le marché de Benodet par le bac le lundi, le sentier douanier pour les promenades et jogging : dommage que ce soit aussi loin, on irai bien plus souvent dans ce coin paradisiaque. ##### naegele a. Nos petits enfants ont pu s'éclater en toute sécurité (cour fermée et local de détente) et les adultes ont découvert de nouveaux sites dans les environs immédiats. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances et nous reviendrons bien volontiers. ##### Marchal F. Nous adorons et c’est d’ailleurs la deuxième fois que nous occupons cette magnifique demeure ! Bravo à Monsieur Berthier pour le réaménagement complet des salles de bain, c’est très réussi et très appréciable. Cette année, malgré une météo moins clémente que lors de notre premier séjour, nous avons encore plus profité de l’espace de la maison et de la très belle annexe, équipée entre-autre d’une table de ping-pong, idéal pour occuper les enfants pendant la préparation des langoustines et du bar de ligne… La maison est située à quelques pas du port et à proximité de très belles plages accessibles à pieds… Idéal pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis. Wunderschöne Lage, nicht weit bis zum Meer und bis zum Hafen mit ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Der Vermieter hat sehr schnell auf Probleme reagiert (Spülmaschine defekt) ##### ole k. Beaucoup de place Cour fermée, idéale pour les familles avec petits enfants, ce qui était notre cas. Nos petits fils se sont éclatés, même les jours de pluie grâce à l'espace "détente" Très bon accueil de la dame chargée de l'entretien et merci pour sa disponibilité.
