An additional shower room, two toilets, and a laundry room with a washer-dryer complete this level, which also provides access to a garden level. Upstairs, a west-facing terrace leads to a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. A bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and a bedroom with a 90cm single bed are also located on this level. A mezzanine, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers a TV, reading, and children's play area. The chalet has a double garage with ski storage and four outdoor parking spaces.
