Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Comas?
The best time to visit Comas, Junín Region, Peru is during the dry season, which typically runs from May to October.

During these months, you can expect clearer skies, less rain, and more pleasant temperatures, making it ideal for outdoor activities and exploring the natural beauty of the region. The days are generally sunny and warm, while the evenings can be a bit cooler. This period is superb for those who enjoy hiking, visiting archaeological sites, or simply taking in the stunning Andean landscapes without the interruption of heavy downpours.

The rainy season, from November to April, brings more frequent and sometimes heavy rainfall, which can make travel and outdoor excursions more challenging. Roads might be affected, and some trails could become muddy.
