Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....

"This hotel was the perfect place to stay when going to Cinque Terre if not staying in one of the towns. It was about a 5 minute walk to the train station in a nice area with some good restaurants near by. The hotel staff was great and held onto our bags for us since we arrived prior to check in time. They even put our luggage in our room when it was ready so we wouldn’t have to take it up the stairs. "

I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
