"Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anliegerstraße. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. "leider entsprach es nicht ganz dem was wir uns gewünscht haben. Auf den Fotos hat es Rasen. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Sand, Dornen und Tannennadeln. Sodass wir am Tag 2-3 Dornen dem Hund entfernen mussten. Auch die Kinder standen auf Dornen. wir konnten somit den Garten mit Kind und Hund nicht benutzen.... "Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Etwas altbacken, aber OK. Der hintere Garten ist quasi nicht nutzbar, da dort weder Stühle noch Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Dafür ist die Terrasse vorne sehr schön und die reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Vear war hervorragend! "A great stay at Al Ponticello while on our Northern Italian trip, chose the hotel because of its location but with limited knowledge of Comacchio. It really is a hidden treasure of a town with history and a fantastic local culture. Before arriving we were messaged by Riccardo to inform us of an event that was happening and that roads were closed. On arrival Riccardo was the most helpful and friendly person to meet. He offered local restaurant recommendations and told us what to look for in the area. The room was very nice and quirky, we were in the eaves of the roof with low ceilings as expected but the central glass shower and round bed were very nice touches. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay to remember. Just a note: you do have to pay for parking which we were not aware of."
