"They found a room ready when we checked in, lunch was very good but the meat choices had already been sold out, there were no hot tub or pool amenities, the ac did not work upon arrival, the restaurant staff did not know where ice could be obtained, the dinner was excellent with good wine and food choices, the breakfast buffet was good but still water was not offered, the airport transfer bus was timely and comfortable. Overall would check again for other hotels with better amenities before booking again."

"This was our first vacation in a long time because my wife has a brain tumor and can't fly, but we finally took the time to go to Lake Como because it was a place she always wanted to visit. It starts off with us booking a handicap room by accident, and to DOWNGRADE to a cheaper room, reception asked for 150 euroes. We politely declined after a long battle over why we are paying for a downgraded room and went to our room. Inside this room, the A/C is dripping loudly, and the Concierge told us this is a known issue with this room, so we then asked the reception for a different room. In this different room, there is a loud clicking noise since we enter the room every 5-10 seconds. I again call the reception and ask for a different room because now it is just a joke. They send concierge to "check" the problem, he walks in for 10sec and walk around and say he will get us a new room. The next room we are put in (still handicapped room despite us visiting a normal room that had no issues whatsoever) where the concierge visited prior to us to confirm this room is okay so we don't move a 4th time, and surprising to no one this room has the same clicking noise. I then call the reception for the 4th time asking for a new room and I told the lady it is extremely offensive that she sends someone to check if I am lying to her about the noise. She then starts to argue with me and lost her temper, which in the moment felt extremely professional of the hotel staff. The next time I called, I"

"The hotel is quite modern, offers decent breakfast and the reception staff were very friendly. Only issue I experienced is that a guy entered my room after had checked-in. When he saw that I was in there he said “excuse me” and left. As I was relaxing in my bed at the time I couldn’t see who it was, it could have been cleaning or maintenance staff or it could have been that the room was accidentally assigned to another guest. All I know is that the person had a valid key and did not knock, so thought that the room was empty."

"If you are catching an early flight, stay here. For most flights you can walk to your gates from your room; for easyjet, you can take the shuttle right outside the hotel entrance , about 10-15 mins ride."

"This Hotel is a MUST to stay in.As you drive up you think you are in a time machine as you approach this gorgeous edifice from another century.Th...e rooms are spacious and you feel as if you are either in a castle or a museum. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "

"This hotel was so excellent..shuttle service to and from Malpensa Airport...breakfast had many choices and everything was very tasty and fresh.The staff was extremely helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. Our room was ample and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.Two wonderful restaurants are down the block within a 5 minute walk.If you need a hotel near the Malpensa airport this is the one to choose."

"The hotel is very old but nicely updated. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Not too many amenities but you don’t need them if you are just spending the night before flying out. We walked to the bakery, pub and gelato (which is right down the alley). We also had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The check in clerk was super nice and very helpful."
