Happy days in the Dordogne
Our extended family loved the house, the pool & the location. When we arrived a few minor queries were quickly and cheerfully dealt with. The only major problem was FINDING the house : the address is insufficient for the sat nav and a clearer description of its exact location would help. Otherwise excellent.

Beautiful very private and secluded
We found Chassagne very difficult to find as not on Sat Nav, however when we did finally arrive we were blown away by the beauty and seclusion of the area, a small hamlet of 4 or 5 homes, the owners mother lives across the garden but we saw very little of her but she was very kind and helpful when she did pop over, the house itself is huge and would comfortably sleep 10, there were only 2 of us and a small dog so we had loads of room, the garden is fabulous and we spent almost every day in the pool and having BBQ,s, the house has all essentials you could possible need, bed linen and towels need to be requested and paid for with owner, but you do need to pop to the the Intermarche in the nearest town of Montignac for your groceries, which is a good 10 - 15 min drive away through country lanes before reaching a main road

Agréable séjour dans un cadre isolé
Propriétaire gentille, conviviale et à l'écoute Photos non d'actualité. Quelques aménagements d'entretien extérieur seraient à apporter. Vaste intérieur appréciable. A 30 minutes en voiture de Sarlat, 25 minutes de Terrasson, mais le calme y est appréciable.

Vaste propriété bien équipée au milieu d’une belle nature, piscine impeccable, chambres vastes au premier étage, cependant petites fenêtres. Maison de caractère entourée de deux autres maisons de même style, situation idéale pour visiter. Avons donc passé un très agréable séjour.
