Loved the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Also staff gave great suggestions for dinner. Property and grounds could use some work, While it was a nice stay, it was not a 4 star property by US standards.

This location is easy walking distance from the downtown area. You need to call or email the owners in advance, however, if you plan to walk there from the train station because the route involves a shortcut through a parking lot to an underpass and doesn't show up on Google maps. The rooms are small and there isn't much storage space, but the facility is attractive and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

Friendly hosts, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, free parking, wonderful made to order breakfast. We stayed in room 4. It had 2 twin beds. When I booked it said private bathroom, yes it's private but down the hall from your room, not ensuite so be aware. It worked out ok for us but really would rather have the bath ensuite.Easy to walk to town.

Short Break
This is a lovely Guest house . Lovely people that run it, we arrived quite late on the Friday night & the made us most welcome . Nice room lovely view . Breakfast also very nice they cook anything you like off the menu. We would definately stay here again . 😊

Excellent place to stay, lovely big room and bathroom which appeared newly decorated and spotless. Fabulous breakfast cooked to order, well stocked coffee/tea facilities and no problem asking for extra coffee and tea bags. Geography to town great

The B&B is in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Conwy but close enough to walk in. The off road parking is a big bonus. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was great. My only niggle was that the mattress and pillows (room 1) were too hard so we didn't sleep too well. I would stay again but chose a different room.

Stayed in Room 2 , views were lovely and as described Easy walk into conwy. Bedroom was immaculatly clean to very high standard . We were taken by the .little extra touches , ie water bottle , and bottle opener , hairdryer and bathroom toiletries, the shower was lovely running hot water, clean towels , The breakfast was cooked well we had the full Welsh and no complaints , cereals and juice also yogurts available . Bedroom had a fan and we also had free WiFi.

Everything i needed.
For what i paid this charming little place went above and beyond my expectations. Warm, plenty if hot drink options. Tv, clocks abd usb chargers. The owners were an absolute delight as well. The location pin board is a nice touch as well. Added brecon to it. Please stay here if visiting conwy.

Very welcoming on a very wet night
Had a lovely one night last minute stay at this bnb. The host Jenny could not have been more helpful. I arrived with my young daughter on a very wet evening and she gave a very friendly welcome, helping with our luggage and making sure we did t get too wet. The room was very comfortable and Breakfast was fantastic too. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the centre. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Conwy

Our recent stay was made very enjoyable by Richard and Jenny who made us feel very welcome and provided us with a lovely room and great breakfast. Only downside not really suitable for anyone with walking or mobility problems.
