Contactless self-check-in lockbox instructions will be shared via the Airbnb app 24 hours prior to arrival, once the standard government pre-check-in registration is completed.

🚭 Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking allowed inside the rooms or any indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only out on the balconies, provided the balcony doors are kept fully closed to prevent smoke from drifting inside.

🔌 Power & Utilities: This property has an inverter or power backup. However, Goa can occasionally experience temporary local power outages or maintenance cuts. No refunds will be provided for temporary WiFi or power interruptions caused by local infrastructure issues.
