You’ll love the open-concept living area with a six-person dining area and kitchen fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, A large, marble-topped island centers the space.
The kitchen spills out into an open living room with large windows framing a forest of oak, beech, and maples. Comfortable sofas and chairs (doggie beds, included!) provide the perfect setting for conversation, a good book, or a catnap. Just outside is a deck with a grill and generous space for a barbeque.
Three spacious bedrooms are found on the south side of the home. Two with queen-size beds, flat screen TVs, closet space, and views of the forest. Down the hall, past their shared bathroom and linen closet is the master suite. A king-size bed, reading nook, and huge walk-in closet set it apart, along with an EnSite bathroom with tub, his-and-her sinks, and fantastic lighting!
Downstairs is another large social space – the entertainment room. Enjoy perfect movie nights or game nights with the extra long wraparound sofa, 65” TV, Nintendo, XBox, pool table, card table, and the best board games to choose from. Two French doors open onto the covered patio where you can relax in the hot tub taking in the peaceful environment. Another bathroom with a shower is just a few steps away.
While “staying in” might be tempting, you’ll be just 8 minutes to Brown County State Park, where you can explore 16,000 acres of trails, forests, and lakes. You’re also just 10 minutes to downtown, bursting with galleries, breweries, shops and restaurants.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and offers the most up-to-date amenities to make every meal fun and hassle-free. A deep double sink, new dishwasher, gas range and oven, electric kettle, microwave, and french door refrigerator accompany all the cookware a chef would need, along with a few special touches, like a cappuccino maker and a KitchenAid mixer.
Wi-fi is dependable, there’s plenty of parking, and the home is fitted with a modern washer and dryer. And for those who are bringing their four-legged friends, you’ll love all the thoughtful details that will make your life as a pet owner that much easier, like dog toys, bowls, beds and a place for their stuff, too.
