About this property

Sander Ridge - 40 wooded acres

  • Lower level suite, located on 40 wooded acres, situated just outside Columbia, MO city limits, a 10 minute drive to Interstate 70/Stadium Drive exit. Private entrance to the lower level of our home, plenty of parking and access to full acreage. Additionally you have access to your own patio, BBQ grill/smoker and bonfire area.

    One bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed. A Double Trundle with a Twin underneath is located in the Main space. Full Bath, Wet bar, and living area.

    Extras include access to a pack-n-play sleeper and toddler mattress upon request. As well as board games, towels, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, extra sheets, pillows and blankets. The wet bar includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator w/ freezer, counter top range cooker, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster oven, crock pot, and etc.

    If you like being comfortable, in a peaceful atmosphere and lots of shade, this is the place for you! Know that we will be on site, but out of mind, unless you are in need of assistance. We are life long Columbia residents and are knowledgeable of the area if you have questions.
