Quiet and Comfortable 2BR House 1mile to MIZZOU and Downtown!

Hello! And Welcome to Columbia, Missouri! I'd like to make your stay here a great one. I have a two bedroom home (both Queen size beds), with one bathroom, that is a 1 mile walk or bike ride to Downtown, Mizzou Campus, all of the Stadiums, the MKT/KATY trail and Lots of Great Restaurants and Entertainment!

My home is a thoroughly remodeled 1940's Bungalow in the heart of Columbia. And probably best suited for parents of college students, traveling nurses, couples and other traveling professionals. There are about 3 stairs to enter the house and a full flight to the basement for laundry.

Guests may access the living room, 70" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), fully stocked kitchen, appliances (coffee maker, etc), laundry, bathroom, private deck and driveway for parking.

No smoking, or pets allowed inside the home.

Great CoMo House

We stayed here for Homecoming weekend and it was perfect for us. Great location not far from downtown or Campus - quick to get around. House was very clean and check in process was easy. Very quiet street, too.

Nice Quiet Stay Near Mizzou and Downtown

This was perfect for a friend and I. Nice quiet stay near Mizzou campus. Stores, restaurants and Downtown all in close proximity. Also, Keurig with coffee choices was very much appreciated. Plenty of towels and wash clothes per guest. The massage with heat electric recliner was a nice surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed. There is also a bed that adjusts with a remote the head and foot of the bed. Would recommend.

Solid stay with plenty of space

We jumped into this location because it was close in proximity to an event we were doing at the local mall. It also happened to be near our favorite restaurant in Columbia, Flat Branch Pub & Brewing. The house was well-cared for and had a lot of space for relaxing. The bedrooms were decent-sized, and the place was clean. No complaints.

Columbia Cottage

Small, older home in Columbia was adequate for our two night stay. Close to everything in Columbia. Lovely backyard. Beautiful wood floors, good furniture, comfortable beds. Host is responsive and sincere. House could benefit from more attention to detail. Most important things to address: 1) make sure all the window shades work. Several probably need to be replaced. 2) Remove old picture hangers...they are very distracting.

Bathroom needs updating. New shower head needed. Comfortable beds, Living room comfortable with extras. 65” tv, massage recliner, and cozy sectional . Musty smell as you enter home through kitchen. Keurig in kitchen with Starbucks pods nice touch . Variety of pods would be nice. Maybe a Dunkin’s / Starbucks mix .

Clean, comfortable & convenient

The property was exactly as advertised. Traveling to Columbia for the Mizzou “Parent’s Weekend”, this home was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a mix both updated homes and some needing a little TLC. The home is a block off of Broadway, making downtown and the school campus accessible with a $5 Uber, short drive, or even a 35-40 minute walk on a nice day. We’d gladly stay there again.

Lovely stay for graduation!

Kim was a wonderful host from the moment we booked our stay. She even reached out to check on our travels, when she found out we’d be arriving later than expected. The house was clean and very well stocked. Kim was also very responsive. On several occasions, when we couldn’t immediately locate something, she either brought the item over or knew exactly where to point us. Should we find ourselves in Columbia again, we would certainly stay here again!

Lovely!

Kim is a truly amazing and thoughtful host. All the communications were clear and timely and supportive of a great stay. The house was impeccably clean and super comfy, with great art and lots of good art books. The kitchen was equipped with everything one might need for on-the-fly or serious cooking. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great off-street parking, and within walking or short driving distance to cultural district, restaurants, university and colleges, and Katy trail access. Will definitely stay here again when in Columbia.

Birthday trip

House was so clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom. My dad uses a walker and the entire house walker friendly. The shower had a pull down seat to make it handicap accessible. The front walk needs to be repaired to make entrance to the house more accessible but my dad did great with the 3 steps and railing in the back. The owner allowed us to have small birthday party for my daughter. I would stay here again
