The exterior of the property includes a very well maintained yard with a quaint front and back patio

Beautifully remodeled house in a great quiet neighborhood located in the heart of southside Columbia. All rooms have ceiling fans , new furniture, bedding and mattresses. TCL roku smart TVs located in each room.

No access to garage, shed, basement and laundry. Full access to the rest of the house including front and back yards.

Everything was great with this stay. Super close to the college. We were here during a snow storm and the host came over and shoveled the driveway and sidewalk and put salt down. Was very responsive to messages.
