### 3 Bed 1.5 Bath Pet Friendly Apt

3 bedroom 1.5 bath pet friendly apartment with pet $75 fee. This recent remodel is located in the Georgetown neighborhood in SW Columbia. This property is in a rental neighborhood approx 10-15 from Mizzou and downtown and is ideal for 1-4 guests due to size but easily sleeps 6\.   
  
The interior of this fresh remodel includes all new furniture , new stocked kitchen , laundry, coffee bar, stocked bathrooms, 4 smart TVs .   
  
Property includes private fenced back yard and a shared front yard  
  
Property just went through full remodel with all new furniture. It’s ideally suited for longer stays of 1-4 guests but easily sleeps six. Master has king mattress and Bedroom 2 , Bedroom 3 have queen mattresses  
  
One parking spot available on left side of shared driveway off MillBrooke or several spots in front of the house with sidewalk to front door. If parking in driveway you must walk through yard to reach front door of unit.   
  
Unit is approx 10-15 from Mizzou and downtown   
  
Property located in the rental neighborhood of Georgetown in Columbia Mo. It’s a duplex with a full time tenant living in unit B  
  
Property is very well stocked has in unit laundry  
  
Use of entire unit of Side A of the duplex . Private fenced backyard with partially shared front yard.   
  
No access to garages or side B of property.   
  
Left side of driveway available for parking in shared driveway located off MillBrooke or several spots in front of unit . Duplex is located on corner lot.  
  
I’m available via Airbnb app messaging , texts or phone calls if necessary .  
  
This is a rental unit in the Georgetown neighborhood off Scott Blvd. This is a residential/rental neighborhood. This unit is located in a duplex in the rental area of Georgetown neighborhood. 10-15 min drive to University of Missouri or 10-15 min to downtown Columbia
