It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc.
Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away.
It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.

"The pool is obviously a draw when you have kids however, it is very crowded. When we used the pool there were no towels available.
