You’ll find peaceful walking trails just steps from the front door—perfect for a morning stroll, a jog, or simply taking in the fresh mountain air. Don’t be surprised if you spot deer wandering through the yards or crossing the road—wildlife is a regular (and charming) part of life here. It’s the perfect blend of small-town friendliness and easy access to nature. Please note that while the driveway to our property is paved, it can be a bit steep. During the winter months, the driveway is regularly maintained to ensure safe access. However, due to the steepness, we recommend that guests have an AWD (all-wheel drive) or 4WD (four-wheel drive) vehicle to navigate the driveway safely. Having the appropriate vehicle will provide you with the necessary traction and control to navigate the driveway, especially during snowy or icy conditions.
