The staff was polite and made check-in quick and easy. The latch to my door was broken and there was no iron in my room. Also the cable did not work well.

The breakfast was really good. Staff was awesome. Beds on firm side but otherwise everything was clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only wish it had a pool or hottub and a elevator.

Wonderful room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The amenities included a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Breakfast was provided. I will definitely return to and recommend this hotel.

Technology is not for everyone

I was charged twice.. Not all matured adults are familiar with todays technology and fast pace of apps.. I am hoping it is rerurned and this has never happened to me.. I was disappointed because I traveled for a family funeral and it was late but that should have never happened as I grieved a loved one. BLAH!!
