Staff were great and the stay was great. One minor niggle that the window was not well sealed and combined with the air conditioner off, there was an extremely cold draft coming in

Lovely resort, fantastic views over Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Really well maintained and good location for exploring surrounding area.

Three-night short break at The Broadmoor was the ideal R&R. Plenty to do and see, or just relax by the pool. Wide choice of food options. The whole food cafe was TOP NOTCH for choice, food quality and service. Two reservations prevented 5* review across the board - quality of the sushi in the Play cafe (attached to the bowling alley) was poor - a huge surprise given the high quality food elsewhere on campus. And no-one told us in advance that Sunday breakfast was not available in the Lakeside...

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff.

Scenic tranquil setting, spacious and well-appointed rooms.

Excellent hotel-good service and very comfortable beds and pillows-well positioned downtown but was not aware of the $15 per day parking fee

Wonderful staff, great food, very clean. Had a wonderful stay.

Nice location and great views from the bar/pool/restaurant deck towards the mountains. Felt like a corporate hotel with plenty of events on and rooms were a little dated. That said, nice place to stay

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a great stay!
