Staff was fantastic, easy check in, dated lobby and elevators

The Hampton Inn was very good. Convenient to the airport. I was able to pick my husband up at midnight and have back at the room in 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly and the minor problem I had with the television was taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay there again

When I’m researching a hotel, I like to read other reviews. I am looking for a review that mentions cockroaches. That is the dealbreaker. One review with cockroaches and I’m out. I didn’t see any review for this hotel for cockroaches so I went ahead and booked it and I’m glad I did. I didn’t see any cockroaches or any other bugs. The staff was extremely friendly, even having a tiny screwdriver on hand so that I could fix my glasses. There was coffee out that was nice and hot anytime I wanted it. The breakfast was breakfast. Not great not bad. I heard somebody complaining when I got there, but the staff seemed very willing to help so I thought that was promising. I think when staying at hotels people expect perfection and that’s just not realistic. This place isn’t perfect, but it was a great place to stay for two nights. I would stay there again. I would bring my partner with me.
