The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine.

"This location is very modern, very clean and in very nice location. Not to far from the airport. I recommend this place to everyone. Has free shuttle service every 30 minutes to the airport which makes it easier and bus and metro to city center are close by. I plan to stay here when I travel to Madrid ..."
