"The main thing to know is the directions for check-in provided upon booking are completely wrong and will have you running around in circles and dealing with very confused security which will direct you to a welcome center which is under construction. Use the check-in desk at the Radisson Hotel that's in the same development about a kilometer past the security guard gate. The entire massive 7-mile development is owned/managed by the same company. Once finding out about that it's smooth sailing, absolutely fantastic experience with super friendly staff :-) The apartments pictured may not be the exact one that you get but at least they are on the same side of the same building so the view should be approximately what you are expecting. Each apartment is individually owned, so furniture and decor will vary."

"I just cant say enough good things about Casa Swell. Our room were clean and comfy and had everything we needed in it. The grounds were well kept and tropical and fun. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. The outdoor recreation area was cool too. I liked the outdoor kitchen and seating. We didn't use the pool but sitting by it and eating breakfast that the host prepared for us was wonderful and delicious. We will definitely book here again! It was unique and very comfortable. We didn't want to leave:)"

"Wonderful Condo, Beautiful Location, and an Exceptional Host!We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Roxana’s beautiful condo at Royal Palm in Nueva Gorgona. The condo was comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as pictured, with beautiful views and a wonderful location for exploring the surrounding beach communities. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home. What made our experience especially memorable, however, was Roxana. Shortly after our arrival, we unexpectedly learned that Royal Palm management had closed the guest pools for renovation. Unfortunately, management had not notified Roxana in advance, so she was just as surprised and disappointed as we were.From the moment she learned about the situation, Roxana went above and beyond. She immediately contacted management, kept us informed, sincerely acknowledged our disappointment, and offered several thoughtful ways to make the situation right. Ultimately, she generously offered us a complimentary night's stay at her lovely studio in Panama City for us to explore and enjoy the city. Roxana was professional, responsive, thoughtful, kind, and extraordinarily generous throughout our stay. Anyone can be a good host when everything goes according to plan; an exceptional host reveals herself when something unexpected happens. Roxana certainly did that for us. Thank you, Roxana, for your hospitality and especially for the care you showed us! We would happily stay again and highly recommend you to future guests!"

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
