A spacious air conditioned house. On the 1st floor Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with two double beds, a full bathroom, and a study room with a writing desk.  
  
The ground floor, living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a guest washroom. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and television.  
  
Within walking distance are super markets, bakeries, shopping malls, restaurants and banks.
