Staff were friendly. My room had a shared balcony. The curtains could be thicker though. During day, the sunlight gets directly in my room. This hotel is located in a very convenient location. Hotel is situated in the quite easy place to get in without any disturbance. The reception staff were attentive and they did the check-In speedily. my partner was delighted from their welcome drink and special thank for that. however our first impression about the hotel was ok. And special thanks for Mr.Rajapaksha who has accompanied us to our room and provided information about the property. However, the hotel is consist with Indian Menus with limited options. we really faced a difficulty to order our food. however the plus point is my partner got delighted. Two names to be mentioned the room boy Kapila and the Concierge Raja. Raja is the most efficient and friendly concierge we have met with in all our travels in Europe, America and Asia.
