The location is excellent. We found everything in the hotel perfect: clean, big size room, great service and amenities. Affordable pricing. Located in the business district but with alot to see and do. "Downtown" can b a little pressuring with tuk tuk pricing but where the hotel is located thats not the case. Great staff...Hanfal and Dushan in front office and Thushava,Dinesh,Sanoj and chathuranga in F/b deserve a mention. Our room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. For guests who are looking for an intimate and friendly environment away - this is the place. The hotel is athletically pleasing with decorative and artistic touches that are beautifully curated. The hotel facilities are ok, but not excellent. Pool is fine, though small. The gym is tiny. Restaurant is ok. A bit too expensive for the food they offer. I stayed twice at this hotel. The first time, I got a very noisy room and I was given a different room the second time, which was not noisy. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The attendants in the restaurant were awesome. I went Scuba Diving earlier than regular breakfast hours and they were great to assist me with an earlier than normal breakfast. Overall the service was very good. And everyone tried. I didn’t like being asked to contribute $2 a day for environmental purposes as soon as I arrived. I was asked for my passport and then asked to donate money.
