With 45 m², it accommodates up to 5 guests with 1 bedroom and a living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Air conditioning, TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, game console, and mountain views are provided. The house is on one level with indoor access, and a hairdryer is included.

A pétanque set, trampoline, slide, and swings make this cottage perfect for families. On-site parking is available.



    Pets are welcome (1 maximum). A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. This cottage in green Ardèche is ideal for families with children, couples, nature lovers, hikers, and long stays.



    Located near Boucieu-le-Roi (800 m: shops, bakery, restaurants, bar, post office, museum), you have easy access to the Gorges du Doux rail bike, the Ardèche steam train, many hiking trails, and local vineyards. The Doux river nearby offers fishing and swimming. Large shops are 15 minutes away, Lyon is 1h40, Valence 40 minutes.
