It's a very nice place. It's small but very tiny and clean. We liked the kitchen layout and the front entry covered porch. The AC will freeze you out if it's too low (works well). There is no beach access, but there is a small lake access about a block away. It's really well appointed for two people. The surrounding area is nice and very quiet.
