Idéalement placé lors de la saison de ski, très pratique dans son utilisation quotidienne, tout le confort moderne y est, le charme et l'authenticité en plus. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs aux différentes questions qui peuvent venir, et très attentifs à ce que le séjour se passe le mieux possible. Seul point auquel il faut faire attention, l'utilisation de l'eau sous la douche, où des écarts de température très forts peuvent se produire si l'eau est utilisée ailleurs au même instant dans le chalet, et cela nécessite une grande vigilance des adultes lors des douches des jeunes enfants.
