Located on the heights of Collioure, 12 minutes walk from the centre, the beaches, the bay of Collioure, the port, restaurants, shops and the alleys of the village, in the SAPHIR Finca Majorca residence, on the 1st and last floor of a construction composed of 4 T2 apartments.

Contemporary apartment with terrace, quiet, very bright, main room of 26m² composed of a living room with well-equipped American kitchen, new sofa bed in the living room, separate bedroom with 160 cm bed, built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage, bathroom, separate toilet.

Swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 according to prefectural decree.

Private closed individual garage essential because it is difficult to park in Collioure.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August, and a minimum of 3 nights outside the summer period.

Linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and pick it up at the key collection (Price: €15 / person including bed linen, a large and a small towel).
