The very nice apartment consists of a room to live comfort couch 140 new sofa, tidying up, television wall, wifi, this room gives on a done up and flowered terrace seen on sea without opposite. Parking très aisé aux abords et parking couvert avec emplacement réservé à 2 pas. Très calme avec belle vue mer . Petit supermarché à 200 mètres. Accès à Collioure en 5 mn en voiture ou 20 mn à pied. Port Vendres et Collioure sont accessibles à pied ou en bus. Mais le principal atout de ce logement c'est l'accueil, le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse rare, il est serviable et prend le temps de nous montrer tous les abords, toutes les astuces, et les bonnes adresses.
