Charming 2-room apartment of approximately 40m2 on the ground floor with loggia and terrace enclosed by a hedge, with a private outdoor parking space. It consists of an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, induction hob, mini oven, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby bed rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
