4SOMA7 - Résidence Soleil Marin - About 15 minutes walk from the center and the beaches, i.e. 700m from the beach and 800 m from the town center Pleasant 2-room apartment for 4 people with loggia, lovely view of the hills and sea view. It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, living/dining room, two pull-out beds for 1 person, TV, kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, electric hob, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Garage (height 1.75m).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby bed rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
