It consists, on the ground floor, a living room with dining area and open kitchen (induction hob 2 fires, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator top and small appliances, washing machine, clothes dryer). On the first floor you will find a TV lounge with cupboard and sofa bed (bed 140 cm) with shower room. The second floor opens onto a bedroom with bed 140 cm and TV as well as its bathroom. All completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Located near various municipal parking and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Avall.
Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit single bed: 9.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €). - Rental high chair: 15 € week - Rental cot: 15 € week - Rental wifi box: 39 € week
The rental must be clean and in good condition.
You will be asked to regularize the deposit of your rental, the link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (no cash or check).
