Beach and town center about 200m. Wifi connection within the club house of the residence.
In a residence with swimming pool (July/August), tennis court, club house and parking, close to shops, small children’s park and the beach, apartment with air conditioning equipped for 4 people located on the 1st floor, consisting of a living room-stay with TV (sofa bed 2 places), opening onto a small terrace, of a separate kitchen attached with hob, electric oven and fridge top, a room (1 bed 140 cm), a bathroom-WC with bath. Your vehicle will find its place in the private parking of the residence with free spots.
Swimming pool open according to government and prefectural decisions.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

- Rental baby bed: 15 € week
- Rental wifi box: 39 € week

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
