Welcome to La Collinetta, a cosy duplex apartment nestled in the greenery of Collina d'Oro, just 15 minutes from Lugano. Here you’ll find peace and quiet, nature, and a stunning view of the lake—the perfect place to relax as a couple, with your family, or with your four-legged friend.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and appliances, a bathroom with a washing machine, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed. A cot is also available upon request.

Outside, you’ll find a charming private garden with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, lounge chairs for relaxing, a barbecue, and—upon request—a hammock to enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a hair dryer are included.

Nearby, you can easily reach the Percorso Vita, the Hermann Hesse Museum, the American School, the Sports Centre, quaint cafes and restaurants, as well as a pharmacy, butcher shop, and supermarkets.

Pets are welcome. The fully enclosed garden allows dogs to roam safely. For hygiene reasons, pets are allowed on the ground floor and in the garden, but not in the bedrooms located on the upper floor. We also ask owners to always pick up after their pets using the bags provided.

The entrance is separate, and access is via a flight of stairs leading from the nearby free public car parks; for this reason, the accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. The passageway to the upper floor has a slightly lower ceiling—a typical feature of the house—and is clearly marked.

We personally welcome our guests at check-in and are always available during their stay—while fully respecting their privacy—to offer assistance and advice on how to best experience the area.
