I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. The location and condition of the house was very nice, the pool with it beautiful view of the water is exactly what were hoping for!! Not one issue at all.."

"Quiet side of the island. You'll need a car to get around for shopping or dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the best beach but they work hard to maintain it.. Extremely shallow reef which makes snorkeling and swimming difficult. Overall a very nice resort. "

"My husband and I and 7 friends stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We love the quieter side near Rum Point and this house did not disappoint! The layout was incredible with an amazing beach at our fingertips. The pool and outside seating was perfect!!! The table with the automatic lazy Susan was a huge plus. The house was clean and so open and bright. We had the most amazing time and would recommend this property to anyone. This property and the beach made our vacation!"

"Nothing can beat the beautiful ocean views right outside your back door. We enjoyed this property with our 5 kids and 3 grandchildren (ages 1-3). Everyone had the option of going from the beach to the pool, to the kitchen for snacks, to the bed for naps all right there. The house is well equipped with most everything you need. We snorkeled around the north side and decided the snorkeling right out back was some of the best! This gave those antsy people something to do and what beautiful marine life right there. Go to Rum Point if you want a calm beach where the kids can access the water more easily or Starfish beach is a short drive away. There are sea turtles off the dock at Rum Point if you want to snorkel with those ... so cool! We also loved our tour with Captain Ben to Stingray City and some other great spots. The road is busy and loud if you're staying in one of the bedrooms by the street, otherwise you don't hear much at the back of the house. We stocked up on groceries at Hurley's (Foster's was a mad house) and then used the local market 4 doors down for random purchases. You can walk there on the beach. We had some strong winds but on the days that were calmer we used the kayaks which were fun. Having the dock to launch from for snorkeling was a plus. Not the best water entrance for young kids to hang out at - too much coral - but they enjoyed playing in the sand and the pool. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off - very convenient. The house was immaculate."

"Everything was clean, linens were soft and comfortable, there were kayaks and snorkel equipment aplenty ~ The pool was fantastic and the beach was perfect. Loved all aspects and will definitely return!"

"When we got there it was nice to walk into such a clean place and they had the air turned down for our arrival. Check in was easy with Nicole's instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. I can say there is nothing that we didn't like about the condo, the beach, or the location. The beach is nice and sandy. Yes, there is some sea grass on the beach, but it isn't the entire beach area, it doesn't smell, and we just didn't find it to be a big deal. Getting into the water is rocky and grassy but I either wore my water shoes or fins getting in and had no problem. I did see plenty of people just getting in with bare feet but I wouldn't recommend it as there was some broken glass on the beach and in the water and some of the rocks and shells are sharp. We just loved the quiet side of the island. The condo is close to Rum Point where we went in the evenings to watch the sunset, and close to Starfish point which was a wonderful experience too. We also checked out the Crystal Caves which were neat to see. There is a convenient store not far away and a little bigger store about 20 minutes away but if you need to get a lot of groceries you may want to stop on your way by to the condo in the Savannah area. We stopped at Foster's on our way by our fist day and got what we needed. It is about 30 minutes from there to the condo. Nicole is awesome!
