Decor was quirky and interesting but unfortunately the building itself was a bit shabby. When we arrived there were none of the basics you expect like shampoo, conditioner - no milk for a cup of tea.Found a tin of old -looking tbags and a few coffee pods.Some used butter in crushed covering in a covered dish left on the bench in 30 degree heat. Kitchen blinds falling apart and pretty grotty.Small bed and cupboard with others clothes in it and dryer with some bedding left in it. No blinds on back windows so pretty hard to sleep after early daylight. Television not connected - only there to see DVD's - a bit silly.Most disturbing of all is there are NO opening windows - ( french doors were locked!). Only the front door as entrance and exit which for safety reasons l don't even think would be legal!Back garden overgrown with weeds and long grass.Definitely below standard for a holiday rental."
