Had a refurbished room and I must say it was beautiful really redeemed themselves and i would happily stay again i had no issues i did forget to take a picture of the review sheet so writing one on here instead keep up the good work

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

"Placed in the middle of Shrewsbury which was excellent but our room was next to a pub and on Friday and Saturday it was difficult to sleep. Reception staff were very helpful. It is a very old hotel and could do with some maintenance."
