This beautiful barndominium is newly renovated with a 36x36 garage space, designed to open to a pavilion style, for entrainment and a 100" flat screen Tv for enjoying your favorite game. Bring your lawn chairs and kick back and relax around the bonfire or go hit 18 holes of golf at Bella Vista, only 3.2 miles ( 7 min drive) away. This home offers all the entrainment or relaxing time you need. Marble lake and Coldwater lake on the chain, have beautiful sand bars to park and swim. This private community allows for you to bring your golf cart and cruise. Large yard accommodates plenty of space for tent campers. Come enjoy a long stay or a short getaway.
