    Only minutes away to beautiful Lake Champlain beaches, Malletts Bay fishing access and bike path. 6 minute drive to downtown Burlington.
    Newly remodeled in 2024 appliances, central AC, furnace and more. On demand water so you will never run out of hot water. Smoke free, pet free, hypoallergenic bedding and all one level. Game room has foosball table, poker chips, cards & games.
    The space
    Beautiful 3 bedroom home with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom. Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Sit and have dinner in the dining room or have a beer at the pub table in the kitchen.
    Large backyard to woods and porch to hang out and enjoy the family. Yard games, Bocce Ball, Flying Disc Bottle Drop, Cornhole set with 2 boards.
