This is a singularly perfect hotel, service, food, rooms, location are all exceptional. The staff are attentive with grace and warmth of a family château and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful apartment easy 5 min walk into centre very quiet

This hotel was the best decision we made on our holiday. We were attending a wedding nearby and decided to book something that wasn’t on the list list of recommended hotels. We couldn’t have been and happier with our choice. The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was just what you needed in the morning. The renaissance room, where we stayed, had everything we needed, blissfully with air con. And the pool was great to escape the heat. Great value for money, lovely and peaceful, I would...

Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road.

Perfect location to travel to and from chateau de Brives

Lovely hotel with a pool. Large rooms. We had a very large family room as we were a group of 3. Parking available & a short 15 minute walk into Cognac.

Wonderful stay. Lovely place, great food, warm hospitality. Everything you’d need.

Stupendous rural location. Entirely walkable from the railway station and to various supermarkets/boulangerie although perhaps slightly easier with a car. Very approachable owners, together with a friendly dog. Pure chance that we managed to catch the owner early afternoon, because the official check-in was from 5 pm, but we had no knowledge of this because Hotels.com had not included it on their website! Very clean & clutter-free & definitely recommended :-)

We had a wonderful stay. Pierre and Eric are incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and give us the best stay and are genuinely two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet (together with their lovely dog Pepsi) Their home is beautiful and spotless with a lovely garden. We were treated to the most incredible breakfast each morning with homemade jams, fruit, and speciality breads. Nothing was too much trouble and we were...

Such an absolutely beautiful house with amazing hosts. We have one of the best experiences while travelling across Europe. The atmosphere and serenity of this Manor House in the country revitalised our souls ready to continue our journey. We could not recommend it more.
