Major stuff like cleanliness and food just fine. A few items kept this from being 5 star review though.
We had a 4 night stay. The bed was not made after either of our first 2 nights. We don’t need sheets changed but it would have been nice to have a made bed to come back to after a long day. 2nd day only left us 1 bath towel for 2 people. Next night we got 3 bath towels but only 1 set of hand towel/wash cloth.
Neither room key worked the second night. Had to go back down from the 4th floor to get them reset. They worked fine for the next 3 days.

Shower had a big hair ball stuck to the wall. Water took fooreevvvrrr to heat up. Water pressure was non existent. Girl at the counter was nice. Through hotels.com the pet fee was $20 I get there and I get quoted $25.
