Beautiful river view home with deck on a wooded 1 acre lot with everyday wildlife deer, turkeys, geese and occasional moose, fox, and porcupines but still right in range of the heartbeat of downtown Coeur d'Alene only 2 miles from downtown,The Coeur d'Alene Resort, and 2 miles from modern Riverstone for restaurants, Cafe's, Wine shops, movie theater and shopping. 1 mile from Blackwell Island boat launch. Stair climbing is a must, 25 steps into main living space of home,shown in pictures.
