This could be a decent place to stay if the management gave two hoots about the property or their guests. Walking up the front steps you need to be careful as the decking boards are caving in on the left side of the stairs. You are greeted by nobody at the front desk. We waited for about 30 minutes before a gentleman on a stool in the lobby decided to go in the back of the building and ask for someone to help us. No bell or buzzer anywhere in sight. Finally a woman who spoke very broken English came out and handed us the room keys. We asked where the room was located but she turned around and left. Thankfully it’s not a real big hotel and we were able to figure it out on our own. First impression was it’s very dated with very worn out furniture. The towels are very thin and worn as well, but they served the purpose. There was one very small bar of soap at the sink, no shampoo or conditioner so don’t forget to bring your own. The building is very old and must have been built before they invented insulation. It sounded like the person in the adjoining room was sleeping in the bed with us. The mattress was not the worst I have ever slept on however there was only 2 very small decorative pillows on the large king size mattress. (It looked rather silly to be honest.) I attempted to find someone at the desk once again to see if we could get a couple of pillows but never seen anyone working at the desk again the entire 2 nights we stayed there.
