NO STAIRS. Air-conditioned lanai, for those who want to stay cool and enjoy the view of the bay. Enjoy, beautiful sunrises. 4 BR 2-1/2 BA, 2000 sq ft home. Plenty of parking. Outdoor kitchen, natural gas grill, deck and bar. Starlink WIFI. Launch your boat or jet ski, less than 4 miles away. Bring your fishing poles and bait. Fish, crab, and throw a net for shrimp off of the 300-foot pier. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Beds, Master has a king, #1 Queen, #2 Queen, and #3 has a trundle. There is also a fold-out bed on the lanai. A sunroom, with beautiful views of the bay. Washer/Dryer and no carpet. Amenities abound! I do want to caution people with small children.
