Prime location, walking distance to many restaurants/shops/bars/beach. Older hotel with decent upkeep. Neighbouring hotel pool access is a great amenity. No hotel parking, but access to valet parking that was supposed to be $35/night (as per email received the night before check-in), but at the hotel it was actually $50/night… which is fairly steep and poor customer service. I addressed this concern via email with the hotel, but never received a reply. We suffered a 5-hour power outage (only a handful of buildings, caused by construction incident) and were kept in the dark (litterally) as to when power may be coming back on. Lines of communication could definitely be improved.
