Got a letter that said we had no water around 3 said that the water would be back on by 7:30 we never got any water and when we called and asked when would the water be back on the said we could contact Expedia to get a refund and when we got back to the room our keycard didn’t work they told us that we had to leave to get a refund and it was almost 11 pm at night!!! A party of 6 my wife and our 4 kids. We had to buy jugs of waters! Terrible experience!! Don’t recommend them

Regretfully we only had 1 night at this hotel. My wife and I loved the old style look but with a modern feel. We hope to go back again someday.
