This was our first time staying at a vacation rental and everything was on point! The host had great communication and was very detailed before, during, and after our stay! The house was very clean and organized with very comfortable beds to sleep on. There were no maintenance issues either - this house has everything you will need. The interior represented a nice throwback to the early 60s, and the host had numerous old Fortune 500 magazines to look at, which were a fun look back in time. She also had some yummy cookies from a local shop and a sweet hand written card for us when we arrived! The home was very clean, and there was plenty of room for our 6 person crew. It’s a 5 minute walk to a section of the beach that isn’t as crowded as the pier in Cocoa Beach. It’s a short drive/bike ride to numerous other locations.
