Amazing and Relaxing
Debra was so responsive to all of my questions. No matter what hour of the night I sent them out. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. So many cute little surprises in the cottage and on the property to discover. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough to use all of the amenities such as the backyard. She thought of everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Oasis shaved ice is quite the little gem that you can walk to. The owner is super friendly. And the restaurant right across the road has delicious fried chicken. Even though it is on a main road it gets very quiet at night. We were able to walk to the ocean. I can't say enough good about Debra and this cottage.

Lovely Beach Cottage
This cottage is wonderful and so well designed and decorated. I stayed here with my parents and my medium sized dog. We all have plenty of space and loved sitting outside in the morning with coffee. The location is perfect for a morning walk on the beach and a for an evening nightcap across the street. The backyard has plenty of space for any sized dog and the multiple water sources outside make it easy to rinse off sandy paws or feet. Checking in and out easy and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway
Me and my boyfriend took our 4 year old daughter down here for her birthday and everything was PERFECT. Everything you could need is all within a mile of the cottage and the walk to the beach was so easy with the wagon and beach chairs that were provided. Debra messaged us to let us know of festivals and space launches going on. We absolutely fell in love with cocoa beach and can’t wait to come back.

Cute Cottage!
My husband & I stayed at this cottage for our 41st Anniversary. It was very nice, clean & had all the comforts of home. Close to all the attractions & restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great cottage!

Sweet cottage near the ocean
This was the perfect place for my husband & I along with our 2 small dogs to stay. It was exactly as pictured on the site & had everything we needed. The beach was literally a block away & we hardly had to use our car as there were nearby eateries & cute shops. The cottage was so clean & pristine. The owner was also so kind to let us know of a launch that was taking place during our stay. She made it feel so personable. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect for us
My teenage daughter and I wanted to find a place close to the beach and this was the perfect accommodation for us! It's such a cute cottage with all the necessary amenities (beach chairs, beach towels, etc). It was so nice to also have a washer and dryer to catch up laundry and not have to worry about it after vacation. If you are considering staying here, I say do it!

Seeing is believing!
Clean, beachy decor, fully equipt, managers are sight. Beach located behind cottage, beach equipt on site. Close to Kennedy Space Center and NASA space launches. Orlando Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Ron Jons, restaurants, shopping, cruiselines, KSC natural beaches, wildlife, intercoastal waterway, gators, manatees and more close by these cottages that are dog friendly. I will rent these cottages again. Awesome!!

Great Cocoa Beach vacation
We really enjoyed the cottage and the location. It was walking distance to most restaurants, which was very nice. It was great that the beach was so close, so we were able to come and go easily with smaller groups.

I'd move in if I could...
We loved this place for our family. It was absolutely adorable, had everything we needed, and my family loved it. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. I also thought the bed was extremely comfortable, which never seems to happen. We will definitely come back here next time we come to Cocoa beach.

GREAT BEACH COTTAGE WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION
This is a great beach cottage with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Cocoa Beach. It’s just a sort walk to the beach and the cottage has chairs & umbrella for relaxing on the beach. Two (2) nice restaurants are located just across the street from the cottage. Additional restaurants, tourist attractions and entertainment are just a short walk or drive from the cottage. Property manager was very responsive to our inquiries. We will be back to visit Cocoa Beach and will look to stay again in this property.

Great stay, with excellent location!
We had the best time at Cocoa Beach in Debra's cottage! Perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to beach, restaurants, coffee, and anything else you need. We did not have to move our car once we arrived. Cocoa beach is a great little beach town and we can't wait to come back!

Cute and Cozy!
This property was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We liked having our own fenced yard for our dog. There were many good restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just around the corner. Overall it was great!

Cozy cottage for family with furry friends and kids
This property was really cozy and clean. The cottage had most of the required supplies and was good for our family of 4 with kids and a furry friend! The location was perfect for amazing eateries and walkable distance to the beach We will be back soon!

Well appointed cottage
All the things we packed for the beach were mostly unnecessary, as they were all provided, including chairs, umbrella, and even a beach cart. Caretakers take good care of the property, and the owner was attentive to guests. The bathroom was beautiful and nicer than many hotels I've stayed in the past. The only real complaint I have is the mattress on the pullout couch bed is far from comfortable... but it's a pullout so I didn't expect luxury. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for the price.

Awesome little cottage
I was so impressed with the communication from the owner Debra from my booking all the way to checkout. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. I have stayed in many homes where they don’t provide paper towels or toilet paper. This house had everything down to laundry soap and dryer sheets. We spent the day on the beach and I was so happy to find everything we needed, beach cart, 4 chairs a mini cooler and even a beach bag with frisbees. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes! We highly recommend The Tiny Turtle and the ice cream place next door to them.. we will definitely be staying here again soon.. Thanks so much Debra and your awesome management staff.

Great location and well thought out rental. Loved the abundance of power/usb cords that were provided throughout. Welcome note and little snack basket was awesome after a 9hr drive from NC. The dogs loved chasing the little gecko lizards in the backyard. Will definitely rebook again.

This was an amazing property to stay at! We absolutely loved it and yes it’s quiant but we have 3 kids plus my husband and myself and it couldn’t have been more perfect! A short walk to the beach and easy access to everything. We walked everywhere!!! If your looking for a hidden gym this is it!!! One last thing the owner is super sweet lady and you can definitely tell she loves what she does! Will stay here again!!!

Adorable place, great location

This was a great little spot and I would definitely stay here again. The whole house was spotless and well thought out. We couldn't have asked for a better spot close to the beach where we could bring our dogs, cook meals, and enjoy our time in the sunshine.

Perfect beach cottage
What a great stay; it was the perfect beach cottage for a small group. Renovated modern with that quaint cottage charm. Within walking distance to beach and restaurants, you can park and not have to drive anywhere. Plenty of seating area inside or out to enjoy the company of others. Highly recommend house, I would stay again without hesitation!

Perfect little beach house
My second visit. The cottage has everything you would need and is super clean and comfortable. Location is great in the quiet downtown area and just about 3 mins walk to the beach. The owner is lovely and there are onsite caretakers who can help you with anything you need. It's all just great :)

The perfect get away!
We couldn't ask for a better experience. The house was perfect with so many extras included. The location was within walking distance of everything including the beach. My family is already talking of coming back in the fall. I highly recommend this location. Wish I could buy it!
