This is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is like new after an extensive renovation. Enter through the shaded, gated, private front patio into the open living space with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Dining space for 4 sits next to a gorgeous open kitchen equipped with everything you need on vacation … including a dishwasher! 😍 Sliding doors from the kitchen open to a covered and gated patio with private laundry. Soft linens, plush towels, and private laundry add comfort to the charming decor. The main floor also has a beautiful full bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a King bed as well as a private balcony with a pool and garden view. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large window, allowing in lots of natural light. Both bedrooms feature beautiful live edge wood headboards! But wait … it gets better! Head upstairs and spend your days and nights on the private, shaded, rooftop terrace. A perfect place to BBQ, relax in the outdoor living room, or swing in the hammocks. There’s also a bar with mini-fridge if you feel like whipping up a cocktail for your group. The Location Tropical Dreams is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It’s a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Cocoa, just a 10-minute walk from your door. The property is just as shown online. The rooftop patio is a nice place to relax, with a small fridge to keep beverages cold, a grill, and large sofa. The pool area is nice, and quiet until happy hour where several folks hang out and share their restaurant/tour experiences. This condo has lots of stairs - the bedrooms are on the second floor and there's another flight to the rooftop patio, so if you have issues climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. It's a little over a mile to the main part of town and there's a handful of restaurants on the way there. you can walk along the road, or take the beach to get to town. It's best to rent a car or golf cart if you want to do any exploring. Plan ahead if you want a golf cart. We checked several places after we arrived, and because its high season, none were available.Bring LOTS of bug repellent, they come out in force around 3pm or so. The management company was easy to contact and was quick to reply to any questions I had. ##### steve l.
